Traditional Stonemasonry Company P/L acquired a small traditional solid timber joinery company in 2008 in order to be better able to control the outcomes on our historic building façade projects.

Tony Hammond heads our joinery division. Tony was formerly trained as a traditional joiner in the UK and has 30 years of experience in the design, construction and installation of solid timber windows, doors, flooring, stairs, etc.

Our specialty is the sensitive repair of original heritage fabric ensuring that as much of the original details as possible are preserved. This is achieved by the careful analysis of the cause of the deterioration, the recommendation of appropriate remedial action and matching species, colour and grain.

We also design, supply and install bespoke built in or loose timber furniture. Allow us to visit and help you to design your very own full height bookcase, staircase or high end kitchen. Our stone division can provide marble and or granite benchtops in house.

Our joinery division employs 3 full time carpenters and joiners. We currently offer services in:
